| 摘 要： | 分析了自组织特征映射（ＳＯＦＭ）算法，讨论了按加权函数控制邻域半径的方法，并对ＳＯＦＭ算法应用于图象矢量量化进行了系统的仿真实验研究，为实际应用提供了实验依据和基础。

| Abstract: | SOFM (silf organizing feature map) algorithm is analyzed, some weighted functions to control neighborhood radius are discussed, and the experiments with image vector quantization using SOFM algorithm are carried out systematically. The experimental result is a useful basis for applying SOFM algorithm in image vector quantization. |
