| Abstract: | Based on six chemistry parameters , fuzzy analysis of k-mean cluster is applied into the classification of tea. The information provided by the above method is much than discriminant analysis and other methods and is convenient for result analysis. The result shows this method is an efficient tool of pattern recognition. |
