| 摘 要： | 系统分析了工程项目投资方案选择中的影响因素，建立了方案评价指标体系，详细介绍了利用模糊综合评判法进行投资方案优选的步骤，并通过工程实例进行了验证，实例分析表明，模糊综合评判法进行工程项目投资方案优选方法是可行的、有效的，可供工程实践参考。

| Abstract: | The main factors affecting the scheme choice of engineering investment are analyzed systematically. An index system is established. A detailed introduction of the steps is offered to help applying fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the engineering scheme's optimization. It's shown by a practical engineering example that fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is reasonable and effective, and can be applied in practical engineering. |
