| 摘 要： | 企业集团内部独立责任模式是企业集团内部企业之间对外承担责任的一种形式，其具有独特的法律特征，并具有自己的法学、经济学和哲学基础。这种责任模式的不足之处就是“揭开公司面纱”的法律适用标准不准确、司法活动效率低下、对从属公司的债权人保护不足。

| Abstract: | Independent responsibility model inside enterprise groups is a form with which enterprises inside an enterprise group undertake their external responsibility. It has unique legal characteristics and is based on law, economics and philosophy. The defect of this model lies in the fact that it discloses the secrets of companies inaccuracy in law applying criteria, low efficiency in judicial activities and insufficient protection of creditors of subordinative companies. |
