闽南华支睾吸虫病的流行学及米虾的人工感染

1986～1987年在龙海县调查了华支睾吸(Clonorchis sinensis)的各中间宿主。第一中间宿主汶沼螺 (Parafossarulus striatulus)的感染率为 0.6％,6月份是汶沼螺的感染高峰。6种淡水鱼类和虾类感染华支睾吸虫囊蚴,其中麦穗鱼(Pseudorabora parva)感染率为44％,沼虾(Macrobrachium superbum)感染率为1.3％。猫的感染率为33％～53％。用从阳性汶沼螺逸出的华支睾吸虫尾蚴人工感染米虾(Caridina nilotica gracilapes)的实验结果表明,后蚴在米虾鳃部及附近肌肉内成囊,发育 26～33 d成熟。用此成熟囊蚴感染一阴性小猫获得成虫。

The Epidemiological Study on Clonorchiasis in Southern Fujianand the Shrimp Infection with the Cercariaeof Clonorchis sinensis

The epidemic area of clonorchiasls is in Estuary of Jiulong River.Longhai county. Fujian.where people have been found lightly infected with Cloorchis sinensis by eating raw shrimp. During 1986-1987,an investigation on the intermediate hosts of C.sinensis was made in the epidemic area. The first intermediate hosts, P.striatulus, have been examined, its infected rate was 0.61% and its infected peak was in June. There were five species of freshwater fishes which have been found to be infected with C.sinensis. The infected rate of M.superbum was 1.33%. While cats were heavily infected, the infected rate was 33%-53%. The results also show that the cercariae of C.sinensis shed from its small hosts could infect a kind of shrimp (Caridina nilotica gracilapes). The mature stage metacerca riae which developed from the cercariae were collected from this kind of shrimp. The whole process of metacercariae formation was completed about 26-33 days in the gill and muscla. At the same timc, four adults of C. sinensis were collected from a young cat that was fed with the cysts from this shrimp infected with ccrcariae of C. sinensis after the cat was infected about 45 days.
