滑移区内不同堆焊层熔敷金属的微动摩擦磨损性能研究

摘    要:采用低氢钠型药皮铬钼钒系堆焊焊条CHR237在45#钢基体上进行手工电弧堆焊,分析不同堆焊层熔敷金属的组织,测试堆焊层熔敷金属的硬度,并对不同堆焊层熔敷金属的微动摩擦磨损性能进行研究.结果表明,基体金属与堆焊层熔敷金属具有类似的摩擦特性,但基体金属的微动磨斑尺寸最大,随着堆焊层数增加,磨斑尺寸逐渐减小,堆焊层熔敷金属的耐磨性能提高.

Abstract:Surfacing process was made on 45 steel substrate by shielded metal arc welding process using electrode CHR237, the microstructure of deposited metals was analyzed, and the hardness measurement of the deposited metals were measured. Fretting test of the substrate and substrate with different deposited metals were carried out. The results show that the fretting wear characteristic of the deposited metal was similar to that of the substrate. The size of fretting mark on the substrate was the largest. The size of wear mark decreased with increasement of deposited metal layer, and the wear-resistance of the deposited metals improved.
