| Abstract: | Five new 6-O-prolinated monoacetylbritannilactones have been synthesized from N-acetylprolyl chlorides with 4-N,N-dimethylaminopyridine as catalyst and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, ~1H NMR, ~1H-~1H COSY and MS. The compound 3b displayed a good biological activity for human HL-60 cell in vitro(ED_50=4.6 mg/L). |
