| Abstract: | A one-pot method for the synthesis of 4,5-disubstituted-1,2,3-(NH)-triazoles via carbonylative Sonogashira reaction/1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of terminal acetylenes, carbon monoxide, aryl iodides, and sodium azide was developed. A series of new 4,5-disubstituted-1,2,3-(NH)-triazoles were prepared readily under mild conditions. |
