PrxLa1-xP5O14的发光理论和浓度效应

摘    要:本文利用Judd-Ofelt理论求得PrP5O14晶体的振子强度参数Q2,比较了计算和实验的振子强度,计算了3P1,3P0,1D21G4能级的电偶极和磁偶极辐射跃迁几率及1D21G43H43F4能级对间的多极矩耦合的无辐射迁移几率。讨论了1D2能级发射强度的浓度效应。并且,给出1D2能级发射强度的表达式和强度随着浓度和单位时间内激发光引起的3H41D2跃迁的诱导跃迁几率的变化图。关键词

Abstract:By using the Judd-Ofelt theory, the Q2 parameters of the oscillator strength, were obtained in PrP5O14 crystals. The calculated oscillator strengths were compared with the experimental data. The radiative transition probabilities of electric dipole and magnetic dipole from 3P1,3P0,1D2 and 1G4 energy levels and the multipolar coupling transfer probabilities be tween the 1D2- 1G4 and 3H4- 3F4 energy level pairs were calculated. The concentration effect of 1D2 emission intensities and the diagrams which show the dependence of intensities on concentrations and the excited light were also given.
