| Abstract: | The finding that the diacetyl content could be greatly reduced by acetolactate decarboxylase led to it's use as a maturation aid in brewing industry. These experiments had revealed the Separation and Screening of a acetolactate decarboxylase generating strain AD6 The physiologic and biochemical characters of this strain tad also been studed. |
