摘    要:与传统的加氢脱硫技术相比,吸附脱硫技术具有投资成本低、操作条件温和、脱硫率高等特点,近年来得到迅速发展。本文综述了吸附脱硫领域的最新研究成果,着重介绍了相关的吸附机理以及典型的工艺,并对吸附脱硫技术存在的问题及发展前景进行了评述与展望。较低的硫容、硫化物选择性以及再生性能是目前吸附脱硫存在的主要问题,吸附工艺的设计优化和吸附机理的研究将是今后研究的主要方向。

Abstract:Compared with the conventional hydrodesulfurization technologies, the advantages of adsorptive desulfurization for ultra-clean oil production are attractive, such as lower investment and operating cost, much milder conditions, higher desulfurization efficiency and so on. Consequently, the investigation is becoming popular recently. The advances in this field are introduced briefly in this paper, as well as the designing principle. In addition, the opinions with respect to the future application trend of ultra-clean oil are proposed. The main problems of current works are lower sulfur capacity, selectivity and poor performance of regeneration. It has been indicated that the design and optimization of adsorption technologies, as well as the research on adsorption mechanism would be the most prospective areas.
