| Abstract: | The synthesis of new monomethinecyanines from 2.3-trimethylene- and 2-phenyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrothiochromylium, 2-phenyl-5,6-trimethylenethiopyrylium, sym-octahydrothioxanthylium and sym-octahydroxanthylium perchlorates and aromatic aldehydes is described. |
