| 摘 要： | 探讨了用原于吸收法测定妇科恶性肿瘤组织中Cu、Zn的条件，并对样品处理和基体元素的干扰进行了研究，结果表明，本法具有灵敏度高、分析速度快和准确度高等优点。适用于妇科恶性肿瘤病因研究工作中肿瘤组织中Cu、Zn等元素的测定。

| Abstract: | The article investigates condition of determining copper. zinc in tissue of malignancy gynecology cancer by atomic absorption spectroscopy and stuies method for sample treatment and intefere effect of mixtrices elements.This method has advantage of high sensitivity.good accuracy and analysis quickly and adaptation for determination of copper.Zinc so as fofaind out malignancy gynecology cancer sickness reason. |
