微波消解-原子吸收光谱法测定葡萄酒中铁含量

摘    要:结合微波消解样品预处理的方法,采用原子吸收光谱法测定了葡萄酒中的铁含量。实验得到校准曲线方程线性相关系数达到0.9986,相关性良好。相对标准偏差为0.52%,回收率为99.5%,方法检出限为0.06μg/mL。实验测得的葡萄酒中铁的平均含量为3.742μg/mL,符合我国的葡萄酒标准规定。

Abstract:The content of iron in wine was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry with pretreatment of samples by microwave digestion.The correlation coefficient of linear equation reached to 0.9986,relevant well.The relative standard deviation was 0.52%,the average recovery was 99.5% and the detection limit of method was 0.06μg/mL.The result showed that the average content of iron in the wine was 3.742μg/mL,that agreed with national standards.
