摘    要:应用近红外光谱技术结合偏最小二乘法对足光散的两种有效活性成分苯甲酸和水杨酸同时进行了定量分析,建立了适合足光散粉末非破坏无损快速分析的分析模型,并用于其样品分析,取得了较好的结果,实现了对足光散药物的无损快速定量分析。

Abstract:Two effective compounds(such as benzoic acid and salicylic acid) in Zuguangsan were simultaneously quantitatively analyzed by near-infrared spectroscopy(NIR) combined with partial least ’squares(PLS).The established analytical model was suitable for non-destructive and fast analysis of Zuguangsan,that was applied to analysis of samples,then the good results were obtained.The method realizes non-destructive and fast quantitative analysis for Zuguangsan drugs.
