摘    要:以东北某油田区内地下输油管道的泄漏区域作为典型研究区,通过静态降解实验模拟研究了石油类污染物在土著微生物作用下的自然降解规律。实验结果显示,天然情况下包气带介质中的生物降解效率可以达到67.03%,而含水层介质的生物降解效率为56.72%。石油类污染物在介质中的降解符合一级动力学方程,包气带介质中的降解速率常数为0.0298d-1,含水层介质中的降解速率常数为0.0226d-1。上述实验结果为开展研究区地下水土中石油污染的生物修复工作提供了可靠的理论依据。

Abstract:The leaked pipeline under ground in certain oilfield area of northeast was chosen as the typical study area,and the natural degradation laws of petroleum pollutant under the action of the native microorganisms were studied by static degradation experiment simulation.The experiment results showed that,the biodegradable coefficient in the zone of aeration medium achieved 67.03%, while in the aquifer medium achieved 56.72%in natural circumstances.Besides,the attenuation of TPH concentration in the medium accord with the first-order dynamic equation,and the constant of degradation rate was 0.0298d-1 in the zone of aeration medium,while in the aquifer medium was 0.0226d-1.The experimental results provided reliable theory basis for taking bioremediation of the petroleum pollutant between groundwater and soil media in the study area.
