铁苋菜不同提取物的抗氧化性及抑菌活性

摘    要:研究了铁苋菜甲醇、70%乙醇、水3种提取物清除羟自由基(.OH)和超氧阴离子自由基(O-2·)的能力与总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)及其抑菌活性。结果表明:3种提取物中70%乙醇提取物的抗氧化活性最强,它对·OH和O-2·的清除能力以及T-AOC均高于甲醇和水提取物。3种提取物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、绿脓杆菌均有一定的抑制作用,抑菌圈直径均显著高于对照组,对表皮葡萄球菌的抑制作用最弱。水提取物对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑制作用弱于甲醇和70%乙醇提取物,甲醇提取物对大肠杆菌抑制作用强于70%乙醇和水提取物,3种提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌和绿脓杆菌的抑制效果无差异。

Abstract:The hydroxyl free radical(·OH) scavenging activity,superoxide anion radical(O-2·) scavenging activity,total antioxidant activity(T-AOC) and antibacterial activity of the methanol extract,70% ethanol extract and aqueous extract from Acalypha australis L.were investigated.The results showed:70% ethanol extract exhibited the best antioxidant activity,the ·OH scavenging activity,O-2· scavenging activity and T-AOC of 70% ethanol extract were higher than that of methanol extract and aqueous extract.All the three extracts showed certain antibacterial activity against the Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus epidermidis,Bacillus subtilis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa,whose diameters of antibacterial zone were greater than control significantly,and their inhibitory activities against Staphylococcus epidermidis were weakest.The aqueous extract exhibited a lower inhibition activity against Bacillus subtilis than that of the methanol extract and 70% ethanol extract.The methanol extract was found to be more effective against Escherichia coli than that of the 70% ethanol extract and aqueous extract.The three extracts showed the same effect against Staphyloccocus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
