原子荧光光谱法测定中药材中砷的不确定度评定

摘    要:建立氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定中药材中砷含量的不确定度评定的方法,为评价测量结果提供科学依据。检测结果的不确定度由标准物质、标准溶液的配制、校准曲线的拟合、样品定容体积、样品称样量、测量重复性及回收率等所引入的不确定度分量组成。对合成不确定度进行计算,当中药材中砷含量为0.340mg/kg时,扩展不确定度为0.012mg/kg(k=2)。

Abstract:The method of evaluating the uncertainty for arsenic measurement in Chinese medical materials by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry(AFS) was established,which can provide the evidence for evaluation of the measurement results.The uncertainty was caused by standard material,preparation process of standard solution,fitting of working curve,sample dilution volume,sample mass,repeatability measurement and the recovery.The expanded uncertainty was 0.012mg/kg,and arsenic content in Chinese medicinal material was 0.340mg/kg.
