摘    要:对火焰原子吸收光谱法测定土壤中的有效铜和锌含量不确定度进行评定,分析了整个检测过程产生不确定度的原因,给出扩展不确定度以及最终结果表示:有效铜5.8±0.056mg/kg,有效锌1.14±0.022mg/kg,并且分析产生不确定度的主要来源,为控制该方法测定土壤中有效铜和锌提供可靠的理论依据。

Abstract:The uncertainty in measurement of effective copper and zinc in soil by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS) was evaluated,and the causes of the produced uncertainty in total detection process were analyzed,and the expanded uncertainty and the expression of final outcome were obtained as follows:effective copper was 5.8±0.056mg/kg and effective zinc was 1.14±0.022mg/kg,and the main cause of produced uncertainty was analyzed.The results provide the reliable theory basis for controlling the method for the determination of the effective copper and zinc in soil.
