含萘荧光单体和聚合物的紫外和荧光分析

摘    要:分别用紫外分光光度法和荧光光谱法对含萘荧光单体2-(甲基丙烯酰氧)-N,N-二甲基-N-(1-萘甲基)乙基氯化铵和相应的聚合物进行检测。在λmax=222nm下测定不同浓度的含萘荧光单体和聚合物的吸光度,线性相关系数均为0.9995。同时在λex=222nm和λem=332nm条件下研究两者的荧光光谱,样品浓度与荧光强度成良好线性关系,相关系数可达0.9998。对比两种分析方法表明,两者的荧光测定检出限相对较低,操作简单快捷,准确性和可行性高,可很好地监测水处理剂中聚合物的含量,从而实现水处理系统在线检测和自动控制。

Abstract:The including naphthalene fluorescence monomer 2-(methacryloyloxy oxygen)-N,N-two methyl-N-(1-naphthyl methyl) ethyl ammonium chloride and corresponding polymer were detected by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and fluorescence spectrometry.The absorbance of the different concentrations of including naphthalene fluorescence monomer and polymer were determined at the λmax=222nm with linear correlation coefficients both of 0.9995.The fluorescence spectra of two compounds were investigated at λex=222nm and λem=332nm,and there was a good linear relation between sample concentration and fluorescence intensity with correlation coefficients of 0.9998.Comparing two analysis methods showed that the fluorescent spectrometry detection limits of two compounds were lower than that of ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The operation of fluorescence spectrometry is simple and fast with high accuracy and feasibility,that can primely monitor the content of polymer in the water treatment agent,thereby the online monitoring and automatic control of water treatment system realized.
