光子晶体能态密度的电磁场特性

摘    要:基于时域有限差分法,以半导体材料CdSe和CdTe构成二维三角晶格光子晶体,数值模拟了它们的光子晶体能态密度电磁场特性。结果表明,CdSe和CdTe构成二维三角晶格光子晶体具有较好的光子带隙,形成的带隙宽度随介电常数差值的增大而增大。研究结果为光子晶体器件的开发提供参考。

Abstract:Based on the finite difference time domain method,the semiconductor material CdSe and CdTe constituted 2D triangle lattice photonic crystals,electromagnetic field characteristics of their photonic crystal state density were numerically simulated.The results showed that CdSe and CdTe constituted 2D triangle photonic crystal lattice had the good photonic band gap,then formed band gap width increased with increasing of difference value of dielectric constant.The results provide the reference for the development of photonic crystal devices.
