氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定富硒丹参中的硒

摘    要:采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法对富硒丹参中硒的含量进行测定。用体积比为4∶1的硝酸-高氯酸敞开湿法消解丹参粉末样品。在优化的仪器条件和反应条件下,方法的定性检出限为0.118μg/L,定量下限为0.392μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.20%—2.27%,线性范围0—300μg/L,相关系数r=0.9999,加标回收率为92.25%—106.75%。丹参样品消解液的基体对硒的测定不产生干扰,采用校准曲线法可获得准确的结果。

Abstract:The content of selenium in selenium-enriched salvia was determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HG-AFS).The powder sample of salvia was treated by wet digestion with the mixed acid of nitric acid-perchloric acid(4∶1,V∶V) in open beaker.Under the optimized conditions of instrument and reaction,the qualitative detection limit of method was 0.118μg/L,and the quantitative detection limit was 0.392μg/L.The relative standard deviations were in the range of 1.20%—2.27%.The linear range was from 0 to 300μg/L with correlation coefficient of 0.9999.The standarded recoveries were between 92.25% and 106.75%.There was no interference of the matrix of salvia samples digestion liquid on determination of selenium,and the calibration curve method can get accurate results.
