甜叶菊中甜菊糖苷提取工艺的优化选择

摘    要:以提取时间、提取温度、溶剂用量和浸泡时间为考察因素,采用正交试验优化甜叶菊中甜菊糖苷提取工艺。确定最佳工艺条件为:提取时间4h,温度40℃,溶剂用量25倍,不用浸泡。经过重复性实验验证,该工艺稳定可行,提取率较高。

Abstract:The extraction technology of stevioside from stevia was optimized by orthogonal tests with the extraction time,extraction temperature,solvent amount and soaking times as factors.The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:extraction time of 4h,extraction temperature of 40℃,solvent dosage of 25 fold without soaking.The technology is stable and feasible with a higher extraction rate by verifying of the repeatability experiment.
