半制备色谱柱的装填及其在中草药分离中的应用

摘    要:对填料颗粒的尺寸和不同装填方法,即干法和匀浆法填充的半制备柱的柱效和分离效果进行了研究,并应用于中草药的分离。实验结果表明,粒径小的填料装填的柱效及其分离效果要远远优于粒径大的,匀浆法装填的分离结果好于干法且重现性好;对于芍药和银杏提取物使用自装填半制备色谱柱进行分离,可以得到满意的分离结果。

Abstract:According to different packing particular size and packing method(slurry packing and dry method),the column efficiency and separating effect of packing semi-preparative columns were investigated,and the columns were applied to separation of Chinese medicinal herb.The results indicated that column efficiency and separating effect of smaller packing particular size material were better than bigger one,and separating results and reproducibility of slurry packing method were better than the dry packing method.The extracts of Chinese herbaceous peony and gingko were separated by packing-semi-preparative column with satisfaction separating results.
