摘    要:以沙姜为原料,经浓HNO3-30%H2O2处理及微波消解后,用ICP-MS/ICP-AES同时测定K、Mg、Mn、Fe、Pb等无机元素。实验结果表明该法快速简便、准确率高、精密度好,完全可以满足沙姜样品中无机元素测定要求。从检测结果来看沙姜中富含K、P、Mg、Ca、Al、Fe、Na、Mn,其中K含量最高为18600μg/g,而Be、Cd、Tl、Pb含量较低,均低于3μg/g。

Abstract:With Kaempferia galanga Linn.as raw material,the samples were digested by concentrated HNO3-30% H2O2 with microwave digestion,then the contents of K,Mg,Mn,Fe,Pb etc.inorganic elements in Kaempferia galanga Linn.were determined by ICP-MS/ICP-AES method.The analytical results indicated that the method was applied to rapid and simple determination of inorganic elements in Kaempferia galanga Linn.with good accuracy and precision,and the results showed that Kaempferia galanga Linn.abounded with K,P,Mg,Ca,Al,Fe,Na and Mn,and the content of K was highest,amounting to 18600μg/g.However the contents of Be,Cd,Tl,Pb in samp1es were lower and all below 3μg/g.
