| 摘 要： | 采用水提醇沉法提取墨旱莲粗多糖,Sevag法除蛋白。通过DEAE-52型纤维素柱层析分离得到墨旱莲多糖的不同组分,将水洗脱组分经SephadexG-50柱层析进一步纯化,并结合高效液相色谱法进行分析。结果表明,墨旱莲水溶性多糖为均一组分,相对分子质量为8892Da。本研究首次从墨旱莲中分离得到均一多糖,并为墨旱莲多糖的应用奠定了一定的实验基础。

| Abstract: | The crude polysaccharide was extracted from Eclipta prostrata L.by water extraction and alcohol sink method,and the protein of crude polysaccharide was removed by Sevag.The different fractions of polysaccharide in Eclipta prostrata L.were separated by DEAE-52 cellulose column chromatography,then the fraction of water-elution was purified by SephadexG-50 column chromatography,and analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The results showed that the water-soluble polysaccharide in Eclipta prostrata L.was homogeneous fraction,and the relative molecular mass was 8892Da.The homogeneous polysaccharide was first separated from Eclipta prostrata L.,and can provide the certain experimental foundations for the application of polysaccharide of Eclipta prostrata L.. |
