石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定山药中镉含量的不确定度评定

摘    要:建立有效的数学模型,全面分析了微波消解石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定山药中镉不确定度的主要来源,并系统地评定各因素的不确定度。结果表明,对于山药中镉含量为25.12μg/kg的样品,扩展不确定度为3.47μg/kg(k=2),最终测量结果表示为25.12±3.47μg/kg。影响最终不确定度的主要有标准溶液配制、测量重复性及样品回收率3个分量,而称重和消解液的定容过程对结果影响较小。通过对测量的不确定度评定,为有效地控制山药中镉含量的检测提供可靠的理论依据。

Abstract:The main sources of uncertainty of cadmium in Dioscoreae were comprehensively analyzed by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS) with microwave digestion via establishment of effective mathematical model,and uncertainties of various sources were evaluated by the numbers.The expanded uncertainty was 3.47μg/kg(coverage factor k=2) for cadmium content of 25.12μg/kg in Dioscoreae,and the final measurement was 25.12±3.47μg/kg.The preparation of standard solution,measurement repeatability and samples recoveries had main effects on uncertainty,and the weighing and digestion liquid constant volume process had little effects.The method provids reliable basis to control analysis of cadmium content in Dioscoreae by determination of uncertainties.
