| 摘 要： | 讨论了进口原油和天然气检验监管工作、包括科研工作重点应该转移到从安全、环保、卫生、反欺诈等方面把好国门的必要性和紧迫性。提出了加快研制和开发现场、快速、高通量检测仪器、装置和传感器等建议。

| Abstract: | The inspection and supervision work of import crude oil and natural gas were investigated,and the key of scientific research should transfer to study on the inspection of import crude oil and natural gas in aspect of safe,environmental and anti-fraud.Propose of preparing on site,fast and high-throughput detector,instrument and sensor was put forward. |
