摘    要:建立催化热解-AAS测定环境水及土壤样品中总汞的方法。采用DMA80型直接测汞仪测定水样及土壤中总汞含量,并采用有证标准物质验证方法的准确度、精密度。方法的线性范围为:低浓度系列0.01—0.3μg/mL,线性方程y=0.0116x+0.0012,R2=0.9997;高浓度系列0.50—4.00μg/mL,线性方程y=0.001x+0.0034,R2=0.9996,RSD为1.1%—1.3%。催化热解-AAS测定环境水及土壤样品中的总汞含量,方法简便,灵敏度高,适合环境水及土壤样品中总汞的测定。

Abstract:The method for determination of total mercury in the environmental water and soil samples by catalytic pyrolysis-AAS was established.The content of total mercury in the environmental water and soil samples was determined by DMA80 type direct mercury analyzer.The accuracy and precision were verified by the certificate reference materials.The results showed the good linearity as follows:lower concentration series were 0.01—0.3μg/mL,y=0.0116x+0.0012,R2=0.9997,higher concentration series were 0.50—4.00μg/mL,y=0.001x+0.0034,R2=0.9996,and RSDs were 1.1%—1.3%.The content of total mercury in the environmental water and soil samples was determined by catalytic pyrolysis-AAS.The mehtod is simple,rapid with good accuracy and sensitivity,and can be suit to determination of total mercury in environmental water and soil samples.
