白车轴草醇提取物的薄层色谱分析

摘    要:确定了白车轴草的醇提取物中黄酮类化合物的最佳展开体系,即氯仿-甲醇-乙酸乙酯(3:0.5:1,V/V/V)。分离出7种黄酮类物质,与红车轴草醇提取物的色谱图比较,确定了其中3种黄酮类化合物,大豆甙元(Rf=0.2)、鹰嘴豆芽素A(Rf=0.28)及鹰嘴豆芽素B(Rf=0.37)。

Abstract:The optimal spread system of flavonoids in alcohol extractes from Trifolium repens L was confirmed,which was chloroform-methyl alcohol-ethyl acetate(3∶0.5∶1,V/V/V).Seven kind of flavonoids were separated,compared with the thin layer chromatography(TLC) of alcohol extractes from red clovers,3 flavoniods were confirmed,and the Rf of three compounds(daidzein,biochanin A,formonetin) was respectively 0.2,0.28 and 0.37.
