| 摘 要： | 建立了高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定那西肽预混剂中那西肽含量。采用Shim-pack vp-ODS色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.025%磷酸水(52∶48),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为241nm,柱温为35℃。那西肽在6.127—36.763μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,线性方程为y=51410x+2418.3,r=0.9996,平均回收率为99.32%,RSD=0.77%。本方法简便、快速、重复性好,可用于那西肽预混剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | The method for the determination of the content of nosiheptide in nosiheptide premix was established by HPLC.The samples were separated on a Shim-pack vp-ODS column(150mm×4.6mm,5μm) at the column temperature of 35℃.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.025% phosphoric acid water(52∶48).The flow rate was 1.0mL/min.The detection wavelength was 241nm.There was a good linear relationship for content of nosiheptide in the range of 6.127—36.763μg/mL,and the linear equation was y=51410x+2418.3(r=0.9996).The average recovery was 99.32% with RSD of 0.77%.The method is simple,rapid and good repetitive,and can be used for quality control of nosiheptide premix. |
