微波辅助提取参芪胶囊中五味子甲素

摘    要:研究了参芪胶囊中五味子甲素最佳提取工艺。采用正交试验以提取率为评价指标,确定最佳因素为:微波功率160W、料液比1:20(g/mL)、微波时间12min。与传统水提法比较,该方法耗时短,五味子甲素提取率较高。

Abstract:The optimal extraction technology of deoxyschizandrin from Shenqi capsule was investigated.The optimal factors were identified by orthogonal test with the extraction rate as evaluation index.The optimal conditions were as follows:microwave power of 160W,the ratio of solid to liquid of 1:20(g/mL) and the microwave time of 12min.Compared with tradition waterextraction method,the microwave-assisted extration method is short time-consuming and the extraction rate of deoxyschizandrin was relatively high.
