傅里叶变换红外光谱鉴别红黄秃马勃和橙黄硬皮马勃

摘    要:为了鉴别红黄秃马勃和橙黄硬皮马勃,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱技术获得了它们孢子的光谱,测试结果显示两种马勃孢子的傅里叶变换红外光谱有明显差别。在亚甲基的非对称振动和对称振动吸收峰上,两者的相对吸收强度差异较为明显。1742cm-1和1707cm-1附近羰基的吸收峰反映出红黄秃马勃孢子含有一定量的脂类物质,而橙黄硬皮马勃孢子未含有。多糖红外光谱吸收带的相对强度反映出橙黄硬皮马勃孢子的多糖含量比红黄秃马勃孢子高。研究表明,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱能准确的鉴别出橙黄硬皮马勃孢子和红黄秃马勃孢子,并能定性分析它们的药用价值。

Abstract:In order to identify the Calvatia rubroflava(Gragin) Lloyd and Scleroderma citrinum Pers.,Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy was used to obtain the spectra of their spores,and the results showed that their FTIR spectra had obvious differences.The relative absorption strengths of asymmetric and symmetric stretching vibration of methylene were different obviously.Two obvious carbonyl peaks at around 1742cm-1 and 1707cm-1 presented in Calvatia rubroflava(Gragin) Lloyd spores in presence of lipids,but it did not appear in the spectrum of Scleroderma citrinum Pers.spores.The relative absorption strength of polysaccharides IR absorption band reflected that the content of polysaccharides in Scleroderma citrinum Pers.spores was higher than that of Calvatia rubroflava(Gragin) Lloyd spores.The results showed that the spores of Calvatia rubroflava(Gragin) Lloyd and Scleroderma citrinum Pers.could be identified by FTIR spectrum,and their value of medicine could be qualitatively analyzed.
