摘    要:实验了电感耦合等离子体-质谱法(ICP-MS)测定羊板粪中的重金属元素Cr、As、Hg、Cd、Pb,优化了仪器的测定条件。方法检出限分别为:Cr 0.39、As 0.12、Hg 0.24、Cd 0.090、Pb 0.49ng/mL,方法精密度RSD:4.9%—14.3%,加标回收率92.0%—110.0%。方法适用于类似有机物样品中重金属元素的检测。

Abstract:The heavy metals including Cr,As,Hg,Cd and Pb in sheep manure board were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),and the determining conditions of instrument were optimized.The detection limits of method were as follows:Cr 0.39ng/mL,As 0.12ng/mL,Hg 0.24ng/mL,Cd 0.090ng/mL,Pb 0.49ng/mL.The RSDs of the method were in the range of 4.9%—14.3%,and the recoveries ranged from 92.0%—110.0%.The method is applied to the detection of heavy metal elements in the similar organic samples.
