| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨5 -羟色胺2A受体(5 -HTR2A)基因102T/C的多态性与精神分裂症的关系。方法 :应用PCR -RFLP技术 ,在90名无亲缘关系的大理地区正常汉族人和80名精神分裂症患者中对5 -羟色胺受体基因102T/C多态性进行分析。结果 :在正常对照组和精神分裂症组之间 ,等位基因频率 ( χ2=0.01,P>0.05)和各种基因型 (P值均大于0.05)分布无显著性差异。结论 :5 -羟色胺受体基因102C/T的多态性与汉族人群精神分裂症不相关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the association of 5- hydroxytryptamine 2A receptor (5HTR2A) gene with schizophrenia.Methods:The 102T/C polymorphism of 5HTR2A gene was investigatde by polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis (PCR- RFLP) in 90 normal Chinese Hans and 80 patients with schizophrenia.Results:No significant differences in genotype and allelic frequencies of 5HTR2A were observed between schizophrenia and control group.Conclusion:The 102T/C polymorphism of 5HTR2A gene is not associated with schizophrenia in Chinese Han population. |
