基于层次分析法的岗位工资确定方法研究

摘    要:岗位工资是确定薪酬的核心部分,只有通过对岗位责任的大小和相对重要性进行判断,才能制定相应的岗位工资.但很多企业在岗位工资的定位上往往存在一定程度的不公平性.以JML公司为例,针对其岗位工资确定方法中存在的问题,引入层次分析法,并结合该公司的四个岗位详细介绍了运用层次分析法来确定岗位工资的步骤,说明了层次分析法在岗位工资确定中的应用及其可行性.提出了可操作的确定岗位工资的流程图,以解决以往岗位工资差距太小导致员工丧失积极性的问题.

Abstract:The post wages is the hard core of salary,as long as the weight of post responsibility and the responding importance are judged,then,the responding post salary can be fixed.but many enterprises, to some degree,often are not fair in the post wages′s localization.This article takes JML Corporation as an example,in view of the question which exists in post wages determined method,the analytic hierarchy process is introduced.We unite a company′s four post to introduce how to use the analytic hierarchy process to determine post wages in detail,which showed the analytic hierarchy process powerfully in the post wages determination application and the feasibility.The operable definite post wages′s flow chart is proposed,and it solved the former question that post wages disparity is so small that the staffs lose the enthusiasm.
