摘    要:研究了基于形变理论的金属板料成形一步有限元模拟的理论和方法,并实现了计算机程序,由于引入Hill非二次屈服准则业描述各向异性金属板材,得到了比二次屈服准则更准确的结果,通过对不同加工工艺的模拟,证明了此方法和程序的通用性,一步模拟的结果和实验以及增量方法的比较表明,此方法能够正确分析成形工件中的变形情况,由于计算速度快,建立分析模型简单,气以此方法可用于设计早期估计零件的可成形性和工艺的可行性。

Abstract:The theory and method of one step finite elementanalysisof sheetmetal forming based on defor- mation theory was explored,and the computerprogram was implemented.Betterresults were obtained by introducing Hill's non- quadratic yield criterion to describe the anisotropic sheet metal.The versatility of this method and program was also proved by simulating differentforming processes.The comparison of re- sults obtained by one step simulation with the experiment and incremental simulation indicates that this method can analyze the deformation of sheetmetal forming partcorrectly.Because of its rapid computing speed and simple modeling requirement,this method can be used to evaluate the formability of sheetmetal forming parts and feasibility of the process as the early design stage.
