原子荧光法测定化妆品中汞测量不确定度评定

摘    要:用氢化物原子荧光光度法测定化妆品中汞的含量,对测量结果进行了不确定度评定。分析了测量不确定度的来源,如样品取样量、样品定容体积、标准物质、标准溶液的配制、工作曲线的拟合、测量重复性及加标回收率。对合成不确定度进行了计算,当化妆品中汞的含量为0.208μg/g时,扩展不确定度为0.016μg/g(k=2)。

Abstract:Mercury in cosmetics was determined by hydride generation - atom fluorescence spectrometry (AFS) and the uncertainty of measurement results was evaluated. The uncertainty was caused by the sample mass, sample dilution volume, standard material, preparation process of standard solution, fitting of working curve, repeatability and the recovery rate of results. The expanded uncertainly was 0. 016 ug/g as mercury content in cosmetics was 0.208ug/g.
