| 摘 要： | 通过对科研机构自主创新能力重要性的阐述,以贵州省科研机构为例,根据贵州省科研机构自身的特点,提出贵州省科研机构创新绩效评价指标体系的评价重点、考核对象、设计原则和指标框架,并运用模糊综合评价法对该指标体系设计了评价模型,对进一步提升贵州省科研机构创新绩效水平提供了依据,具有较强的实践指导意义。
