| 摘 要： | 分析了中国中小企业融资现状，保理业务在解决中小企业融资中的优势，以及当前中小企业开展保理融资遇到的问题，提出通过建立中小企业诚信体系、建立保险保理制度、完善保理业务相关的法律法规、加强国内外行业合作等，完善保理融资的建议.

| Abstract: | The present financing of small and medium-sized enterprises,the advantages of factoring in dealing with financing of these enterprises and problems encountered by them in starting factoring financing are studied.It is suggested that credit system for small and medium-sized enterprises be established,insurance factoring system be set,legal regulation for the perfection of factoring be enacted,industry cooperation at home and abroad be enhanced and factoring be perfected. |
