| Abstract: | A novel switch-cytosensing strategy has been designed, which is based on the changes of electron transfer efficiency between ferrocene at the end of DNA and the electrode surface before and after cell transfection. This strategy provided a general and convenient method to fabricate efficient electrochemical cell sensors. |
