| Abstract: | The sequential Sonogashira reaction and the cyclization reaction of various 2-iodoanilines and terminal alkynes in the presence of a palladium catalyst and tetrabutylammonium fluoride (TBAF) gave the corresponding 2-substituted indoles in good yields. |
