| 摘 要： | 本文就如何减小温度对雪崩光电二级管响应度的影响进行了研究。文中从理论上分析了温度以及偏置电压对雪崩光电二极管响应度的影响，并在此基础上提出了两种减小温度影响的可行方法：恒温恒压法和偏置电压温度补偿法，并进行了实验验证

| Abstract: | In this paper the influences of ambient temperature and bias voltage on avalanche photodiodes`(APDs`) responsivity are analysed, and the ways of decreasing the influences are discussed. Based on the above analyses, two available methods are proposed and proved with experiments. |
