Abstract: | Based on the experimental data of strain-stress relation of single crystal and the complexity of polycrystal deformation, a calculating model is proposed and the calculating program is designed. Finally, the tensile deformation of the bicrystal aluminium specimen is simulated by means of the crystal elasto-plastic finite element method. The strain-stress curve of tension, the details of the slip deformation and the stress distribution are obtained. So the effect of the region near grain boundary is shown obviously. |
