| 摘 要： | 研究了４种消化液消化水样时硒的挥发损失及价态转化，确定了ＨＮＯ３－ＨＣｌＯ４ 荧光法测定水样中痕量总硒及硒价态的最佳消化液，硒的回收率为９８％～１０１％，各种水样及肝肝经该消化液消化后测定，结果令人满意。

| Abstract: | The loss and valent change of selenium in water sample digested by four kinds of digestive solutions has been studied. The results show that the HNO3-HCIO4 is the optimal digestive solution for the fluorimetric determination of the trace total Se and species of Se in water sample, the rcovery of Se is 98% - 101 %. This digestive method has been applied to the digestion of various water samples and standard sample of pig liver with satisfactory results. |
