| Abstract: | Denatured cytochrome c has been studied in 9.5 M urea medium in the presence of methyl viologen, using differential pulse polarography (DPP) and voltammetry (DPV), alternating current polarography (ACP) and cyclic voltammetry (CV). The DPP and CV curves exhibit an additional peak, which is assigned to the catalytic reduction of denatured cytochrome c. |
