摘    要:采用由电导率传感器、数据采集卡和个人计算机构成的模块化设计,以及基于LabVIEW 2013的虚拟仪器编程技术,建立了一套多通道的、并行的、实时的和自动化的电导率数据采集实验系统,使用该系统对经典的电导率法测定乙酸乙酯皂化二级反应速率常数实验进行了改革,提高了这一实验的教学效率。此项改革可以为今后其他经典化学实验改革提供参考。

Abstract:Determination of the second-order rate constant for the saponification of ethyl acetate has been a classical experiment in the physicochemical laboratory course for more than thirty years. In this paper, a new measurement system composed of the conductivity sensor and the computer equipped with the Nextkit Nano data acquisition card programmed with LabVIEW 2013, has been designed and constructed for multi-channel, parallel, real-time, and automatic acquisition of conductivity data. This setup has improved the teaching efficiency, and sets up an example for the future reforms of other classical experiments in chemical laboratory courses.
