| Abstract: | The reaction of 2-aminobenzothiazole and its 6-substituted derivatives with -bromomethyl alkyl (aryl, heteryl) ketones was investigated in detail. Under mild conditions, 3-acylmethyl-2-iminobenzothiazolines were isolated.
