光无源器件温度冲击过程中光功率的实时监测

摘    要:介绍了光无源器件温度冲击模拟试验中的状态实时监测的一种方法,给出了高低温冲击引起的附加损耗计算公式,并对1×2、2×2两种类型的耦合器进行了实验,分别给出了它们各两路输出光功率变化试验曲线,结果表明在温差140℃条件下,温度冲击对1×2、2×2耦合器造成的光功率变化幅度最大值分别小于0.5dB、2.0dB.

Abstract:The method of state measurement with real time for optical passive components under simulating test to thermal shock are presented in this paper, the calculated formulas to auxiliary loss by high-low temperature shock are given, the testing curves of optic power change with two output are obtained for coupler of 1×2、2×2 two types, respectively. The experiment results are shown: maximum amplitude of optic power change caused by thermal shock are lower than 0.5dB、2.0dB,separately, when the conditions of temperature difference was 140℃.
