基于单片机的注塑机节能控制技术研究

摘    要:通过对注塑机油泵电机的负载状况及能耗分析,结合注塑机的特点确定节能控制方案以及系统软硬件的设计过程,并采用单片机为控制芯片,对压力、流量以及时间等注塑过程中的油泵电机能耗主要因素进行测控,提高油泵电机的运行效率,实现在不同注塑阶段的节能控制.

Abstract:Through analyzing the load conditions and energy dissipation of oil pump motor of the injection molding machine,and considering the characteristics of the injection molding machine to determine the planning of energy-saving control,as well as the designing process of hardware and software system,this paper renders the technical notes for improving the oil pump motor efficiency varying with different injection phases,and implementing energy-saving schemes for the machine.The proposed schemes are implemented with single-chip as the control chip which gauges the pressure,flow rate,timing and other key relevant factors of the oil motor machine in the process of injection.
